The onion savouries are slightly spicy and have an aftertaste with a hint of sweetness. Made with extra virgin Moresca olives oil from Ragusa and wine, they are prepared with dried onions. With a delicate and sweet taste, they are particularly suitble as an accompaniment to an aperitif or as a snack. The biscuits do not contain eggs and dairy products.
